The US High Speed Rail Association manages the advocacy campaign and regularly reports to the Executive Committee on its activities. Executive Committee members contribute funds in order to participate.
The Executive Committee meets every two weeks to review the progress of the campaign, provide guidance on strategies and tactics, and ensure sufficient resources are available to pursue campaign goals.
