The Executive Committee meets every two weeks to discuss the status of the campaign, provide guidance on strategies and tactics, and ensure sufficient resources are available to pursue campaign goals. Once the Congressional negotiations have concluded, the Committee will shift to a monthly meeting schedule and will pivot its focus to the implementation of the national high-speed rail program. The Coalition will conclude its work at the end of this year. The Association and Coalition's policy-related work is performed in furtherance of the bona fide commercial, industrial, or financial operations of its donors/members in helping make high speed rail a reality in the United States.
